Sales Management
Achieving overall targeted Sales Value & volume in the area with existing / new customers
Developing annual budgets for the area in line with the regional objectives
Demand generation of all products for the area
Handling Channel
Handling Team
Key Account Management
Identifying Key Accounts in the area and develop strategies to tap the business. Develop customer value files for all Key accounts
Managing Channel partners as per norms
o Sales / queries / support
o Maintain 45-60 days inventory for ensuring end consumers are serviced properly
o Maintain adequate number of PDCs
Managing Team of Sales associates
Responsible for penetration into institutions Private & Government
Strategizing on Geographical coverage and expansion of current and new territory.
Conduct QBRs and get balance confirmations
Responsible for guiding channel partners sales team to ensure performance in terms of Sales
Inventory & Forecasting in the area
o Responsible for inventory management as per the policy in terms of value and ageing.
o Responsible for creating monthly / annual forecasting based on Sales plan
Ensure that receivables are on track, as per the credit policy.
Responsible for conducting workshops and manage other customer engagement activities as per plan.
Responsible for engaging and managing key influencers
1 1. Total experience of min 5 yrs and above.
2 2. Having Dental industry experience will be preferred.
