Job Description
- Job Purpose Create and update content for internal communication channels and ensure employees are well informed about the updates in the company. Execution and co-ordination for employee engagement (campaigns and events) for better employee experience. Key Responsibilities News Stories Engaging with Internal SPOCs/Communication Correspondents across locations and Functions to identify and source stories, information Drafting stories and features on ongoing basis for internal comms channels Collaterals and Assets for Internal Channels Developing and deploying creatives (collaterals and digital assets) for internal comms channels Liaising & Coordinating with external agencies (digital, print, etc) for development of creative assets Intranet Responsible for uploading content on intranet and keeping it updated at all times Coordinating with section owners and content SPOCs for location, function and business microsites to ensure they are updated at all times Coordinating with IT and external agency for managing technical issues and ensuring governance (compliance to content guidelines). Employee Campaigns Support in ideation, planning, developing and deploying communication assets for employee campaigns Coordinating with HR SPOCs across locations (Manufacturing, Sales, International, etc) for deployment of assets as well as execution of campaign related engagement activities and events at locations Coordinating with agencies (design, content, photographers, etc) for developing content for internal campaigns Internal Comms Events Support in developing communication assets for corporate-led all location and all employee events Support in executing corporate led all location and all employee events Support for coordinating with IT, agencies, internal SPOCs, etc for deployment of assets and execution of events Preferred Skills 5-8 years experience Minimum Journalism (writing) background with Corporate Comms/Internal Comms., social media agency exposure good Critical/Must have: Content Writing Employee Events (including live events) and Campaign Intranet Management and Good Design Understanding,
