Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in managing daily branch gold loan operations and delivering customer service Support the branch team by handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently Participate in generating leads, acquiring clients, and engaging in retention activities Help execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance branch visibility within the branch Learn and assist in maintaining client relationships by providing personalized services and support Handle administrative tasks, perform data entry, and prepare reports for the branch to ensure smooth operations About Company: The Muthoot Group is a leading business conglomerate that has successfully expanded to every town across the nation.
