Job Description

Responsibilities: Order Execution related commercial activities like as dispatch, order booking, Debit note, and Credit note for Domestic, Export, STO and ICB orders LD, LOP and, warranty assessment and action there on COPA and OCC review to check correctness of all SD order parameters UOV, WIP, BDL and Accrual review One-point co-ordination for all Audit requirements (Internal & external). Order cancellation and COPA correction accordingly if required For export free Supply GR Waiver apply,dispatches & closure Providing Monthly FEMA Export related data You need to ensure compliance with all legal obligations of the company in the Seervice segment and adherence to accounting standards & guidelines including various ICFR related compliances. Passing monthly GLV for cost transfer and GL correction Scrutiny and reconciling Balance sheet and P&L GL Carrying out Continuous improvement of processes and procedures for efficiency, productivity and transparency improvement. Requirements: Knowledge about MS Office, Good Communication & Presentation Skills Analytical ability and problem solving skills. Positive attitude, Flexible to work on any given task and ability to perform under pressure. Experience in commercial function ,SAP & Order Execution related commercial activities will be added advantage.
