- Looking for HR intern with Novel Jewels ( Aditya Birla Group) Role : HR intern Duration : 3 - 6 months 6 Day Working * Prefering Female Candidates only **** esponsibilities Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies. Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive workplace culture. Contribute to research and analysis for HR-related projects and presentations. Assist with performance management processes and provide administrative support. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR-related matters.Collect and analyze data to help improve HR processes and contribute to ongoing improvements. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must be Open to Travel and telugu speaking candidates only.
