Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Design Engineer for a Senior level position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is a full-time role ideal for an experienced professional committed to delivering top-tier design and engineering solutions for diverse construction projects. The candidate will be integral to driving the design strategy, ensuring total in-house design checks, and implementing quality management systems. Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E Electrical Qualifications And Skills Proven experience in electrical design strategy and execution for large-scale projects. Extensive expertise in performing total in-house design checks to ensure compliance with project specifications. Strong knowledge and application of total quality management practices to maintain high standards. Proficiency in developing detailed material specifications to meet project needs and regulatory standards. Strong understanding of standardization techniques to optimize processes and reduce variability. Demonstrated ability to apply value engineering principles to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address and resolve design challenges. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Roles And Responsibilities Lead the electrical design team in developing innovative and effective design strategies for construction projects. Ensure all electrical designs undergo meticulous in-house design checks for precision and compliance. Implement total quality management systems to uphold the highest standards in design and execution. Develop and specify materials that meet project requirements and adhere to regulatory standards. Drive standardization initiatives to streamline design processes and enhance efficiency. Apply value engineering methods to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design and engineering processes.,
