Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in Test Automation Automation Strategy Automation Architecture and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Test Automation using HCL OneTest Automation tool. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The Test Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Provide guidance and support to the testing team in the execution of automated test cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals. Develop and maintain automation architecture to support scalable and reusable test automation solutions. Ensure that all automated tests are integrated into the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline. Monitor and analyze test results to identify and address defects and performance issues. Conduct regular reviews of test automation processes and tools to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on test automation best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation. Collaborate with research and development teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate test automation solutions. Communicate test automation progress and results to stakeholders and management. Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Possess Strong knowledge in HCL OneTest Automation tool. Possess strong experience in test automation including the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Demonstrate expertise in automation strategy and the ability to define and implement effective automation solutions. Have a solid understanding of automation architecture and the ability to develop scalable and reusable test automation frameworks. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address defects and performance issues. Show proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Have experience in the research and development domain with the ability to understand project requirements and develop appropriate test automation solutions. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on test automation best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation. Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct regular reviews of test automation processes and tools. Exhibit the ability to monitor and analyze test results to identify and address defects and performance issues. Show the ability to contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Possess a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in test automation processes and tools.
