Role Summary: Support Life Insurance sales through bank customers at designated branches, ensuring growth and achieving sales targets.

Internal Stakeholders: Training, Branch Operations, Distribution Operations
External Stakeholders: Channel Partners
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Increase Life Insurance sales within allocated branches, focusing on achieving ANP, case count, active branches, and sales KPIs.
Collaborate with Branch Managers to implement business plans and motivate branch staff to meet targets.
Develop short- and long-term sales strategies and work with bank teams to achieve collective business goals.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with internal teams and channel partners to drive business success.
Provide support to channel partners and execute marketing activities according to partner requirements.
Ensure timely policy issuance and offer excellent post-sales support to maintain a high persistency ratio.
Work closely with the Relationship Manager (RM) to execute business plans effectively.
Compliance and Reporting
Adhere to sales processes and compliance standards.
Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Provide timely reports and maintain the TALIC code of conduct.
Skills and Competencies
Technical: Knowledge of Life Insurance products and services.
Behavioral: Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
Language: Proficiency in English and the local language.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, ideally in insurance or financial services.
Age: Below 30 years
