• About Process They must also be effective communicators, able to explain loan-related information and options to borrowers in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, they must have a thorough understanding of mortgage servicing regulations and guidelines to ensure that all loan servicing activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Title Servicing Analyst
• Location Navi Mumbai - Vashi
• Requirement Min 2 years loan servicing background, preferably 4+ years
  Minimum 1 years of experience working with automated servicing systems
  Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with subservicers, agencies, production personnel and co-workers
  Excellent customer service skills
  Responsible for day-to-day operations related to loan servicing; Subservicer and master servicer responsibilities.
  Managing a portfolio of mortgage loans, including processing borrower payments, updating account information, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions
  Communicating with borrowers regarding any issues or concerns related to their mortgage loan, such as delinquent payments, escrow account discrepancies, or changes to their loan terms.
  Working with third-party vendors, such as insurance companies or property tax authorities, to ensure that required payments and documentation are processed accurately and on time.
  Researching and resolving complex loan-related issues, such as payment disputes, escrow shortages, or title defects.
  Ensuring that all loan-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, including loan modifications, refinances, and payoff statements
  Collaborating with other internal departments, such as loan originations and underwriting, to ensure a seamless loan servicing experience for borrowers.
  Staying up-to-date with changes in mortgage servicing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance. Continuously improving mortgage servicing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  Participate developing valuations, finance/budgets, quality assurance and compliance processes and systems
  Participate in the administration of compliance reviews and revision of policies and procedures.
  Manage and monitor servicing transfers.
  Communicate with subservicers and Agencies
  Create, review and coordinate Investor remittances
  Prepare Management reporting including pipeline, delinquency, default, foreclosure
  Generate MSR valuations
  Identification of issues, resolutions and tracking of servicing transfers
  Other assigned projects/management tasks or projects as needed.
• Education Graduate(Under Graduate but with US mortgage experience)
• Shift timings 9pm to 5.30am

• Weekly Off Weekdays working (Weekends Fixed off)
