Requirement
One should have 3 to 5 Years of experience in MT (Cosmetics Company). Note: Preferable who has exp in big brands like sugar cosmetics, Loreal, Lakme etc.
Candidate should be based out of Bangalore only.
Key Responsibilities
Establish Sales Forecasts and Sales Targets for modern trade territory
Achieves Modern Trade sales operational objectives as per strategic plans and reviews and contributes Modern Trade sales information and recommendations for preparing Strategic plan
Meet Modern Trade sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
Maintain and expand customer base by counselling, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
Responsible for growing market share for company products in the market
Develop and lead an effective go-to-market model for the market.
Directly manage major and critical developing customer accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all company products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
