About the job You will be part of a visionary team pioneering future technologies, tools, and methodologies poised to redefine how product teams operate within Siemens Healthineers. You will evaluate cutting-edge tools and methodologies, implementing them globally at Siemens Healthineers to modernize our approaches and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software engineering practices throughout the product life cycle. You will collaborate closely with Lead Developer of the team in exploring and implementing defined concepts from Product Managers in an agile way. You possess a strong enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and conducting thorough evaluations to determine their cost-effectiveness and alignment with our business objectives. Youre capable of understanding user contexts and requirements and implement them as per defined timeline and quality standards. You possess the ability to envision proposed solutions as integral components of a concept suitable for global enterprise-level implementation. Qualifications Youve an experience of 4-6 years, working as a Software / Test Developer and possess advanced skills in any one object-oriented programming - C# or C++ An additional experience working as a DevOps Engineer, is a plus (or) posses solid foundations on DevOps aspects. Youve working experience with TFVC/ GIT. Youve worked at breadth on multiple tech stacks and can switch technologies quickly. Youre a quick learner in understanding existing problems in the system. Youre capable of quickly adapting to new and evolving technologies. Youre a good collaborator and makes arguments constructively. Youre a capable of handling spontaneous context switches between disjoint topics involving diverse technologies and stakeholders.
