Job Description
- Job Description You will be working with the ER&D cyber international team and directly with our engagements and engagement managers. Your primary role would be to coordinate & support the security of our engagements in accordance with ER&D cyber requirements and needs Primary Skills You will work with the business & the respective engagement managers to ensure that engagements are operating security, within policy and following clear cyber requirements. This is to be done in coordination and alignment with the brought ER&D Cyber team and in accordance with internal and client frameworks. Responsibilities include: Manage Cyber risk for the engagements in accordance with ER&D Cybersecurity Framework Ensure Client requirements are implemented within the engagements. Support enforcement of Capgemini Policy framework within engagements delivery Own relationship with engagement teams. Operational relay of the CISO team for communication & Awareness within engagement teams Manage Reports & Metrics Implement contract security provisions within engagement. Support engagement teams in understanding client requirements Control compliance to client security provisions & remediation plan for all engagements Secondary Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English Highly organized Awareness of Project Management Methodologies Knowledge of Cybersecurity Framework (ISO, NIST, etc.) Ability to clearly articulate technical messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work with others.,
