You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders. - Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Conduct system and application troubleshooting. - Document and maintain technical knowledge base. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of system and application support. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.,
