- Location: Bangalore, India | Experience: 1-2 years | Type: Full-time About Lila Lila is a children's furniture design studio based in Bangalore, bringing high-quality and thoughtful furniture design to kids spaces. As we expand into end-to-end furnishing solutions for kids" spaces, were looking for a dynamic and hands-on team member to help us grow. We work with schools, interior designers, and directly with end consumers. Your Role & Responsibilities This role is a mix of marketing, customer engagement, and operations, giving you exposure to different aspects of growing a brand. You'll be working closely with the founder to shape and execute strategies across these areas: Marketing & Growth Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and offline channels. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials. Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and recommend optimizations. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential collaborations. Customer & Brand Engagement Assist in managing customer relationships, responding to queries, and gathering feedback to improve our offerings. Support product launches by creating promotional materials and coordinating events. Work on strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer experience. This is a multifaceted role, perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of creative, analytical, and hands-on work. What You Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, you should be organized, creative, and proactive, with a strong desire to grow in a startup environment. Heres what were looking for: Marketing & Content Skills 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or startup roles. Hands-on experience with social media and content tools (e.g., Canva). Basic understanding of digital marketing. Problem-Solving & Organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. A problem-solving mindsetyou're not afraid to figure things out on the go. A proactive approachif you see something that needs improvement, you take initiative. Communication & Collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills.
