Job Description
- Location - PAN India The Opportunity As a Gen AI and Automation leader, you will be responsible for bringing transformative & innovative solutions that leverage the power of generative AI and automation technologies to drive business efficiency and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design and implement AI-powered solutions, and ensure their successful deployment and adoption. Key Responsibilities: Leading strategic initiatives to scale our services. Driving delivery excellence and efficiency within core IPP stack and digital transformation. Enhancing cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with our business goals. Supporting the development and integration of new offerings that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Identify Automation Opportunities: Conduct thorough assessments of business processes to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Design and Develop AI-Powered Solutions: Develop and implement AI models, algorithms, and workflows to automate tasks, optimize processes, and generate insights from data. Leverage Gen AI Technologies: Utilize advanced Gen AI techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning to create intelligent and adaptive solutions. Integrate AI and Automation Tools: Combine Gen AI capabilities with automation tools to create comprehensive and scalable solutions. Ensure Solution Quality: Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure that AI-powered solutions meet performance, reliability, and security standards. Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, helping them understand and leverage AI and automation technologies effectively. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and automation and apply relevant technologies to drive innovation. Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology. 4+ years of development experience on .Net platform with C# and on UiPath, Automation Anywhere. Experience with one or more IA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Certified on Any IA Tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Exposure to any of the Process Mining platforms such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR, Signavio, etc. Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes. Expert in IA Program Management, User story assessment models, estimations models, etc. Experience in deploying and maintaining the BOTs using orchestrator or control room. Experience in Load Balancer concepts Software or Hardware level. Good exposure in Solution Design/Technical Solutioning and Framework design. Familiarity with source control systems (GIT/TFS/SVN). Familiar with CI/CD IA platform integration. Technical hands-on experience with IA Administration and Configuration. Exposure in Administration, Load balancing, Queue Configuration and management, license management, bot monitoring, User Management, Storage management etc. Exposure in Product version migrations, installations and troubleshooting. Exposure in Disaster Recovery mechanism such as Active-Active, Active-Passive. Configured robots in High-Density Mode. Experience in Persistent and Non-Persistent VDI configurations. Exposure on Analysis platforms like -UiPath Insights, AA BOT insight, Kibana and Elastic search. Experience on Setting-up accounts for all the developers, end-users and robots, AD User configuration. Willing to work in a 24x7 environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Leading in design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance. Estimating costs and preparing business cases for IT solutions, giving due consideration to infrastructure, licensing, development and support. Able to write medium complexity SQL queries (using joins and aggregate functions), functions and procedures, running pre-defined scripts, and interpreting logs and traces. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. In-depth knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques. Experience with automation tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism. Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. A passion for innovation and a desire to stay updated on the latest AI trends.,
