Job Description Fusion HCM Product Development team designs, develops, releases, and maintains the Fusion suite of HCM Applications. Responsibilities Degree/Major: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech from reputed universities. Experience: 2 to 8 years of strong experience/background in any Automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc) or other automation testing tools and proficiency in Java/JavaScript/Python. The ideal candidate should have strong automation experience to script in java/javascript with Selenium. Good understanding of Software Development Processes. Self-starter, able to deliver projects on time meeting high-quality standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with Strong Problem solving and analytical skills. Experience in testing and automation of any of the HCM products. Experience in automating and testing AI and ML systems is an added advantage. Qualifications Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
