- Job Description The Mission Join our dynamic team where you will drive the next generation of Oracle Cloud solutions, supporting the growth and adoption of Oracle's cutting-edge digital assistant (ODA) and Generative AI services. Your contributions will shape customer-facing assets like LiveLabs (hands-on workshops) and engagement activities, directly influencing our go-to-market strategies. Youll work at the intersection of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and advanced technologies, collaborating with internal cloud architects, implementation engineers, product management, development, and sales teams. Your role is to design, build, and deploy scalable, resilient, and flexible Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)-based solutions, accelerating customer adoption of services like OCI ODA, Analytics, Generative AI, Integration, 23ai Vector DB, Monitoring, and Security. Your expertise will drive revenue growth and solidify our market position as we engage with strategic customers and create high-impact, market-ready solutions. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities What You'll Do Design and architect innovative solutions based on customer requirements, translating high-level objectives into actionable, scalable architectures. Lead hands-on initiatives throughout the solution lifecyclerequirements gathering, design, prototype development, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to build and present solutions that drive revenue and customer consumption of OCI services. Develop reusable assets, such as business use cases, tutorials, and workshops, to accelerate customer adoption. Maintain focus on reducing technical debt, leveraging emerging cloud standards, and optimizing solutions for future development. Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure technical excellence. Stay at the forefront of technology trends, adopting and applying new internal tools and solutions to address business challenges. What You Need To Succeed Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of at least one major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI). Experience with Cloud Solutions: Proven experience designing, developing, administering, and testing highly available cloud solutions (e.g., Generative AI, Assistant AI services). Customer Engagement: Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing engagements, cloud deployments, and technical demonstrations. Programming & Scripting: Proficient in scripting or programming (e.g., Python) for automation and custom solutions. Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation. Creating Business Impact: Ability to craft high-value, reusable assets (workshops, tutorials, etc.) that support customer learning and adoption. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering technical presentations and whiteboarding sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and cloud-based AI services. Familiarity with the latest cloud technologies and trends. Solid understanding of highly-available, scalable systems and solutions. Exposure to large-scale, distributed systems, and multi-threaded architectures. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in relevant tech communities. Experience thriving in dynamic environments with evolving priorities. Cloud certifications (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) and AI-specific certifications are a plus. Personal Strengths Self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Detail-oriented and committed to quality in everything you do. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences. Education & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
