Location Hyderabad/ Kolkata/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune/ Coimbatore Designation Test Manager Job Summary: Management Experience Strong experience in SAP domain testing Test Management experience in either implementation or Development projects preferably with SAP ECC & Sap S/4 HANA (added benefit) Experience in pre-sales activities including business development activities Experience in working on RFPs including estimation solutioning and presentations (must) Experience working on RFP commercials & profitability (must) Experience in handling complex and large teams. Domain & SAP Experience Strong domain and business process knowledge of industries e.g. Manufacturing LS&HC Retail etc. Good Knowledge of SAP Modules and their integration along with SAP integration with third party applications e.g. Arba C4C etc. Experience/ Knowledge in Automation testing is preferred (Optional). Testing Process Experience Expert knowledge of Test Methodologies and Test Automation Expert knowledge of Testing Tools e.g. HP ALM X-Ray etc. Communication and People Management Excellent communication writing facilitation collaboration and interpersonal skills Ability to provide facilitate training and skill enhancement of team members.,
