Job Description

Urgent requirement :

Senior Operations Coach - OpC (Area Manager)

Responsible for Leading and Managing Restaurant Managers (RHCs) of an area (2 - 5 Restaurants) for them to be able to achieve restaurants results for People, Standards, Customers, Sales, and Profitability. Ensure 100% Team and Customer Experience at all times. Develop Restaurant Head Coaches and Restaurant Coaches

Age : 28-35

Education : Bachelor in Hospitality or Restaurant Mgmt.

Experience : Restaurant Operations. Min 2 years in handling multiple units (at least 2 units)

Required Experience :

Leading and Managing a Restaurant, KPI Management,HACCP, ISO 22000, Restaurant P&L statements, Customer service, Managing Restaurant Costs, Local Store Marketing, Budgeting and Forecasting, Multi Unit Leadership and Management

Required Skills :

Leadership & People Development , Planning & Organization Skills, Decision Making Skill Multi Unit Management, Project management
Analytical Skills,Computer Skills ,Budgeting

Other skills : Driving, working in flexible shifts and working under extreme pressure. Must have lead 50 - 100 team members
