Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Must have Skills : Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional Good to Have Skills : No Industry Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with Project Managers and Leads Develop knowledgebase articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution Provide technical expertise, guidance, mentorship to team members Technical Experience : Should have implementations experience on application at least one full life cycle as a functional consultant Sould have Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management Modules and customization Responsible for requirements gathering, functional design and system configuration Prior experience in implementing Contract Management applications is preferred Professional Attributes : Excellent communication skills written and oral with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts Logical approach to problem solving and priority mapping Educational Qualification: 15 years plus of education Additional Info :,
