Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Senior Scrum Master Function/ Department: Digital Solutions Job Purpose: In this role, we are looking for candidates who can lead and coach scrum adoption and drive a culture of agility and learning. Roles & Responsibilities: Create & onboard project teams and make sure everyone in the team understands the projects goals and scope. Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. Support and educate the product owner in grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Help communicate the product owners wish-list to the project team. Facilitate and support all scrum events - Product backlog refinement, pre-planning and Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective and other meetings as needed. Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback and ensure that the project is on track. Coach the development team in self-organization. Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint. Help the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks. Remove obstacles to the team members progress or guide the teams by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity. Lead and coach scrum adoption and drive a culture of agility and learning. Keep the organization, particularly the projects stakeholders up to date on the progress of the scrum teams projects. Implement changes and steps to increase the team's productivity. Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies efficiency. Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) / Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com) / Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.,
