- Job Description We are seeking a talented BI Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools, with a focus on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Orcle Analytics Server (OAS). General expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly desireable. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Data Modeling and ETL: Design and develop efficient data models to support business reporting and analysis. Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse. Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. BI Development: Create and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using OAC. Develop custom calculations, formulas, and data filters to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into effective BI solutions. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular monitoring and validation. Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator). Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, particularly OCI. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
