We are responsible for the enhancements to the existing platform to cater to the growing business needs based on industry trends, either functionally or technically. The solution implemented is a global application spanning across 3 regions and 20+ countries with a single code base, with multi-lingual support. Looking for talented Selenium Developer to join our team & you will be responsible for Understanding the requirements from the Functional Team Establishing the test automation process, Participating in evaluating and planning the automation roadmap Maintaining and updating Selenium WebDriver scripts, Designing, developing, and implementing a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver Your Opportunity You will be responsible for applying your extensive hands-on knowledge of selenium and java to develop and implement test plans and test cases based on the requirements, and then designs, creates and maintains the automation scripts. Your Qualifications Any Computer Science based graduation. 3+ years in software development Strong working experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languages Experience / knowledge in automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber Familiarity of version control systems like Git Understanding of agile development techniques like Scrum and Kanban Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Our Ideal Candidate Preferably from Banking domain Strong working experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languages Experience / knowledge in automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber Experience identifying common functionalities and creating function in automation is required Experience setting test data for automation scripts Experience of Only record and playback using the automation tool should not be considered as automation tester Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Aspire to learn new tools as per the project need Exposure to Agile methodologies Your Responsibilities As an integral part of the testing team, you will be responsible for the following Create, design, and maintain automated test suites via Selenium WebDriver Develop Test Automation Approach applying Modern test automation techniques. Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases. Analyze user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Write clear and concise test cases and scripts. Execute, assess, and report test results for manual and automated test cases. Detect and analyze software flaws and engage with developers to find solutions. Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies. Schedule Automation Regression Troubleshoot issues in Automation scripts. Identify and raise defect identified through automation execution. Regular update Automation Suite Timely report testing status. Filtration criteria: 4-6 years of experience in testing 3+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber Experience in banking domain,
