Job Description
- Job Summary Responsibilities Lead the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP Taxation Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting to meet business requirements. Implement and maintain SAP Asset Management to track and manage company assets effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into SAP solutions. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP applications. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO modules. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented SAP solutions making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO modules addressing any issues or enhancements as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP implementation and support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems within the organization. Support the companys strategic goals by leveraging SAP FICO expertise to drive business growth and efficiency. Qualifications Should have a strong background in Engineering & Design and Industrial Manufacturing domains. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business requirements. Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with cross-functional teams. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.,
