Profile: Business Development Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Job description:

• Sending appropriate quotes for the product to the clients.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and negotiating on price, costs,delivery and specifications with the clients and vendors.
• Follow up on all new leads and referrals.
• Dealing with the technical & commercial queries of customers.
• Ensure effective coordination with the management, sales and other team members needed to win new business.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers pan India to generate new business for the organizations products/services.
• Act as a decision point for marketing, pricing, capturing and contracting new customer business.
• Planning strategies for business growth.

Required Skills:

• Self-Motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong Convincing power.
• Excellent marketing skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• B Tech/ Biotech
• MBA in Sales & Marketing
• Civil Engineering
• Preferably B.S.C / M.S.C Biotechnology/ Microbiologist

Experience:

• 2 plus Years of Experience.

Added advantage who have worked on any of the equipment.

• -Biosafety Cabinet
• -Fume hood
• -Air Shower
• -Laminar Air flow

Salary: 20,000-30,000 in hand per month plus 20,000- 1 lacs incentive per month
