Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners, including regular meetings, updates, and issue resolution.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, including market research, competitor analysis, and product development.
3. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the Banca channel by upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
4. Partner Acquisition: Acquire new banking partners and integrate them into our Banca channel.
5. Channel Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Banca channel, including issue resolution, reporting, and analytics.
6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Banca channel.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to senior management on the performance of the Banca channel.
