Job Description:
1. Looking for experienced Windows resources who can work in 24x7 rotational shifts and having working experience with windows administration , AWS and Networking skills in Monitoring of infrastructure alerts, events, incident management and troubleshooting along with Tier 2 support. Able to handle high priority incident communication to stakeholders.
2. Should able to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
3. Should have good Windows administration support experience in Infrastructure support projects
4. Should able to perform Monitoring, Incident/request resolution, sending notification to stakeholders
