Exp: 9.5 to 13 years Skill: IICS Production Support Location : Hyderabad /Pune/Chennai Technical Skills : IICS ,ETL Tool - Informatica ,TALEND ETL Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica and TALEND ETL tools - Oversee the integration of data from various sources to ensure data consistency and quality - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Ensure that all ETL processes are optimized for performance and scalability - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to resolve any issues promptly - Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows - Implement best practices for data management and governance - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of ETL processes with other systems - Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks - Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve ETL processes and data management - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations -Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in IICS, ETL Tool - Informatica, and TALEND ETL - Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing ETL processes - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Show proficiency in data integration and data quality management - Have strong communication and collaboration skills - Display knowledge of best practices in data management and governance - Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus,
