    Job Location - Gurugram/Noida The Opportunity Must have experience handling delivery programs in Microsoft Technology, GenAI & digital transformation Client Delivery Partner (CDP), Complex Delivery, is a relationship role, establishing trusted, long-term relationships with the account team, customer C-Suite and helping customer leaders craft business strategy and execute against it.As a CDP, you are a recognized leader with a track record of executing against the business decisions that transforms & enables business. Developing and nurturing C-Suite relationships, providing customers with industry expertise, making them successful, and building durable trust for Client with persistent and flawless execution rigor are your primary responsibilities as a CDP.To drive successful execution and be accountable to the account & customer, you will be responsible for executing large scale engagements (500+ HC) impacting top line growth for client. This includes direct executive oversight of the business execution, business development, delivery management, and technical solutioning capabilities engaged with the account, and building a culture focused on business outcomes and customer objective realization. Maintaining close relationships with account teams, understanding the strengths, and leveraging your and teams strength to achieve customers targets is critical for the CDP. You will work across client organizational boundaries with a breadth of client customer facing teams and across the Partners delivery landscape to provide alignment with the long-term business success of your customer and to ensure that we are delivering against a high bar of quality, performance and value for the customer. Solution Delivery Envisions, develops, and delivers transformative opportunities with the client by establishing a deep understanding of customer and business needs based on the future direction of the industry. Effectively draws on internal assets (e.g., account team, business lines, collateral) to help to bring the best original and most relevant ideas to the customer. Works with the client to build an understanding of pain points and creates a plan to resolve them by implementing digital transformations. Identifies possible hurdles/barriers to obtaining objectives and provides insight on how to avoid them. Provides executive leadership and oversight to execute a plan that delivers quality solutions for the largest strategic accounts. Identifies and implements the correct governance/delivery operating model. Utilizes appropriate SLA/KPI metrics for tracking customer satisfaction and puts feedback mechanisms in place in order to track solution success. Monitors solution roll-out, making adjustments/escalates when necessary, and drives systemic improvements based on feedback mechanisms. Identifies quantitative value and business outcomes for customer. Leads the development a value realization plan, including identifying feedback mechanisms to assess progress. Uses industry benchmarks and tangible results desired to measure success. Drives value for customer through solution delivery while driving incremental service improvements. Tracks key outcomes, drives opportunity identification and delivers on the financial commitments of the deal model partnering with account Leaders to establish controls to meet profit and loss (P&L) accountabilities. Working experience in Microsoft Technology areas managing large delivery of portfolios/programs Customer Relationships Drives innovation through thought-leadership in customer industries (Sales, finance, marketing). Establishes self as a trusted advisor to executive decision makers. Identifies and invests in relationships with executive decision makers. Understands and articulates innovations and trends from an industry perspective. Facilitates collaboration and synergy with other experts or internal departments to optimize delivery results. Identifies executive decision makers that can facilitate transformation. Serves as the single point of accountability for account & customer satisfaction for solutions and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develops strategic account plan in conjunction with Account Team and Customer Success. Ensures that cooperative components within both organizations are in place to execute the strategic account plan. Communicates transparently with the account & client in order to avoid or resolve issues in solution rollout. Our Ideal Candidate Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 16+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 14+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience OR equivalent experience. 6+ years leadership experience in a matrixed environment. Additional or Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of complex delivery & large-scale transformation programs experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 16+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 12+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience OR equivalent experience. 10+ years relevant work experience within customer industry. 10+ years relevant work experience in solution delivery.,
