3. Candidate having prior experience of RPO would be preference
4. Candidate must have expertise in hiring for Pharma Industry
5. Looking for immediate / early joiners
6. Must have handled team of 3 -4 Recruiters
7. Must have experience in Client Management / Stakeholder Management
