Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring within the pharmaceutical / FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment, talent management, and the unique demands of the pharma sector. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build a pipeline of top talent to drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:-


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical / FMCG industry.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Leverage industry networks, job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies to identify high-potential candidates.

Collaboration with Teams:

    • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
    • Align recruitment strategies with teams goals and objectives to ensure timely hiring.
    • Facilitate effective communication between HR and Cross Functional Team to maintain a cohesive approach to talent management.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

    • Use competency-based interviewing techniques and tools to evaluate candidates' technical skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and manage assessment centers or other selection methods tailored to the environment.

Employee Onboarding and Retention:

    • Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization and teams.
    • Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent through engagement, development opportunities, and effective performance management.

Market Insights and Employer Branding:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
    • Enhance the companys employer brand within the talent market.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and improve processes.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring progress and market trends.

Compliance and Best Practices:

    • Ensure all recruitment and HR activities comply with local labor laws and industry regulations.
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring and talent management practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on hiring in the pharmaceutical / FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, cycles, and key market players.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
