Job Description

Location: - Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad
Role Type: Field Role (Daily travel required, Mon-Sat)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned portfolio of property owners, proactively solving issues to prevent churn.
  • Revenue Generation: Ensure the availability of sellable rooms and drive occupancy through effective booking conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Focus on cluster performance, particularly improving customer & guest experience metrics for bottom-tier properties.
  • Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients in the portfolio.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues between property owners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Feedback: Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and trends influencing the business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Month-on-month occupancy (URNs)
  • Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization
  • Daily Sellable Room Availability (DSRN)
  • Customer Experience (Cx) and Guest Experience (Gx) metrics

Required Skills:

  • Networking Ability: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using ERP/APP systems, Excel, and email communication.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills for assessing performance and making data-driven decisions.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in operations or key account handling.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in hospitality, travel, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong operational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
