Exp: Under Graduates with 2 Years of Exp In Service Desk.
Non Tech Graduates with 1 Year Exp in Service Desk.
B. Tech Freshers can apply ( Electronics & Telecommunication or Software Engineering) can apply ( Not for Civil or Mechanical engineers who are freshers )
Salary: 2.5 to 4.2 LPA + Incentives
Location: Mumbai.
Key skills:
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
Understanding of MVNO, MNP, Core and RAN side of telecom is preferred
Knowledge of RAN / Core systems to diagnose the problem is preferred
ITIL certification is desirable
Experience in managing OSS and BSS tools is preferred
Excellent communication in English is mandatory.
24*7 shift / Cab is available.
