- Job Description Strategic Architecture Leadership: Define and oversee the architectural direction for complex digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for future growth. Project Recovery and Stabilization: Leverage expertise in digital technology and project management to identify core issues in underperforming projects, implementing robust strategies to return them to stable and high-performance status. Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on guidance in digital technologies, including mobile, Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack development, ensuring the design and implementation of high-quality solutions that are both technically sound and aligned with industry best practices. Able to lead technical discussions with Client team and teams within the organization and take decisions on Architecture and execution Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals across multiple geographies, fostering a collaborative culture and driving effective communication to meet project milestones and achieve high-performance outcomes. Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management: Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear business implications, managing expectations, and addressing client concerns effectively. Should be able effectively collaborate and communicated with internal stakeholders like PM, DM, Technical teams on driving the project. Escalation Management: Tackle project escalations decisively, coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth project delivery. Continuous Process Improvement: Implement best practices and leverage insights from previous experiences to improve team performance, streamline delivery, and optimize resource allocation for ongoing and future projects. Primary Skills 15+ years of experience in IT as an Enterprise Architect with expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects, particularly those requiring turnaround, stabilization and turning point decisions on architecture Strong technical skills in mobile applications, Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack development, with the ability to architect solutions that balance business needs with technical feasibility. Proven track record of recovering projects from escalations and to stabilise Experience managing and mentoring teams that are at geographically dispersed locations. Excellent communication skills, adept at managing client relationships and handling escalations with poise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset focused on aligning architectural decisions with business objectives. Preferred Skills: Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) Experience in digital transformation initiatives and system integration projects within large organizations.,
