Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BY Supply Chain Execution and a strong background in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and security standards. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions using BY Supply Chain Execution to meet business requirements. Oversee the implementation of User Access & Identity Management protocols to ensure secure access to systems. Provide IT business support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly. Implement IT Security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable software solutions. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system performance. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. Document software development processes and procedures for future reference. Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of BY Supply Chain Execution and its application in business processes. Demonstrate expertise in User Access & Identity Management to ensure secure system access. Have a solid background in IT business support with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Exhibit knowledge of IT Security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data. Show proficiency in software development and coding best practices. Display excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively. Have experience in mentoring and training junior developers to enhance team capabilities.,
