The Opportunity | Director, Learning & Development Director L&D is responsible for building and executing the Leadership capability strategy for TP India by engaging with relevant senior leadership representatives, site leaders and knowledge partners and continuously assessing the needs, designing interventions and measuring their impact. The Responsibilities Identify Leadership Training and development needs. Analyse our training programs to identify ways to continuously improve. Build Essential Leadership Skills with Learning Paths. Use technology for self-paced learning at an Org level. Facilitate leadership interventions. Consult, design, schedule, and facilitate practical learning approaches that are fully scoped and scalable. Overlook the instructional design of content for both specialists and our global audience. Undertake the analysis and evaluation of existing approaches to ensure that materials, content, and delivery methods are relevant. Measure the effectiveness of training programs through different models. Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify opportunities for enhancements. Facilitate Training programs for Directors and above as relevant. Design and apply communication strategy to share best practices and news updates with our network and C-Level Management. Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop leadership learning journeys Build a culture of continuous learning. Review new technologies for training applications and recommend practical leadership. The Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in related fields, plus recognizable industry experience 10+ years in OD intervention. 10+ years of training facilitation experience 10+ years of training design experience 10+ years of managing Training relationships with clients/vendors Excellent communication skills Strong understanding of OD Models & Frameworks, Emotional intelligence, Feedback and Coaching Has worked with external vendors Experience in regular interaction with Senior leaders / C-Level on key local or global projects Digitally savvy and has the expertise to design or-wide digital interventions Certified in any Psychometric assessment Preferably a Certified coach Advanced skill level in MS Office Pre-Employment Screenings In accordance with Teleperformance policy, employment in this position will be contingent on your successful completion and passage of a comprehensive background check, including global sanctions and watch list screening.
