Job Challenges: Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 1.Assist/Support in placement of Global & Local Policies Assist and Coordinate with site, insurers, & brokers, ensuring correct Sum Insured Identify cover enhancement based on market situation, budget & business needs. 40% KRA2 2.Suggest avenues to optimize Insurance Portfolio/ Assist in optimizing Insurance portfolio Scheduling /coordinate for Valuation of Assets Coordinate for Benchmarking with peers/industry 30% KRA3 3.Assisting for Risk Management & Improvement Tracking & Coordinating with Global HSE & Insurers on Risk Recommendations 10% KRA4 4.Record Management of Insurance Portfolio Record keeping on Share Point Tracking of renewals, addition of new assets etc. Maintaining Risk Register 10% KRA5 5.Following-up on Claims Understanding of Policy clauses Cross Functional working/coordination 10% Qualifications: Diploma in Insurance&Risk Mgmt,Graduate Minimum Experience Level: 2-6 Years Report to: Deputy Manager,
