Job Description

Ensure Timely compliance of all statutes applicable to the organization & submission of reports. Monitoring of legal cases pending at various courts for their speedy disposal. Monitor timely permission & inspection of Boilers under IBR 1950. Monitor & conduct domestic enquiries. Ensure through out supervisor, implementation and uninterrupted working , support to contractors in case of any query /difficulties. General administration of contract cell functioning. External: State, Central & Local Govt. Authorities, Labour Court, District Court Directorate of Boilers Directorate of Factories Directorate ,Electrical Safety Chief Controller of Explosives Central & State Pollution Control Boards Frequency: As & when Required. Nature: Liaison & Compliance,
