Job Requirements: 10+ years of experience JAVA / J2EE; Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices which includes architecting, designing, and implementing highly available services. Extensive experience in Microservices, Rest Services, JPA, Automated unit testing through tools. Experience with development lifecycle of Cloud apps, Cloud development Deployments, and Automated CI/CD development. An exceptional communicator who can write, present and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations A proven ability to navigate and effectively collaborate with other departments and global resources in large complex environments Work Arrangement: M-F 9am-6pm reporting to our office 3x a week Job Overview: As a member of the OFSS Software Engineering Division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems. Accountable for the product architecture and technical roadmap for services Drive implementation of robust application, process and service integration Collaborate with the OFSS Engineering communities Be a technical leader in creating scalable services, standard methodologies, and relevant KPIs. Develop and mentor the team to build strong technical leadership at all levels Foresee dependencies, risks, and issues with designs and technical strategy, react early to resolve Get involved in anything that will help the organization thrive whether a big project or small task,
