Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President-Change Management -Communication As a Communication Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications engagement strategy and plan to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. You will work hands-on with senior leaders to plan, write, edit, and distribute/execute diverse types of communications and campaigns for a global organization using multiple communication channels and platforms. Responsibilities Develop marketing and communication strategies to build awareness of the enterprise ERP project, multiple work streams, frequency and cultural change . Partner with the ERP leadership team to develop key messaging and presentations for organization updates, key initiatives, and other topics Establish a structured communication cadence for the project while applying change management processes and tools to support the adoption of changes required by a project Drive the design, development, delivery and management of the communication strategy and plans to ensure business and end user readiness and adoption Develop and manage a range of communication channels, including email, intranet and events, to ensure stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the program Manage, develop, create and deliver engaging and informative content including presentations, newsletters, videos, and FAQs to support the communication and engagement plan Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the communications and engagement plan, and adjust as necessary to ensure maximum engagement and participation from stakeholders Support the development and execution of stakeholder management engagement plans Support the development and execution of organizational readiness, change readiness, and leadership alignment assessment activities as needed throughout the project lifecycle Develop communication policies and procedures for the project team to follow Collaborate with the PMO, Internal Marketing/Communications and HR teams to identify , leverage , and integrate technology that will streamline and simplify the distribution of communication to all impacted employees globally Align all communication activities with the master ERP project plan Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications/skills Relevant years leading, developing and executing strategic program-oriented communications across a variety of cross functional teams BS/BA/MS in Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct, professional and warm tone Experience developing trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across multiple geographies Outstanding writing and editing skills with the ability to write for a broad spectrum of multi- media communications channels Solid understanding of project management principles; exceptional organization and planning abilities High degree of flexibility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Innovative mindset always looking for ways to improve how to communicate with and engage employees Preferred Qualifications Workday/Oracle/SAP project communication experience, specifically as part of a full deployment both HCM and FIN Technology industry expertise , with specific knowledge and experience in the software market Graphic design skills plus hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator Expert MS Office and Google Applications Job Assistant Vice President Primary Location India-Gurugram Education Level Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job Posting Oct 8, 2024, 4:49:14 PM Unposting Date Ongoing Master Skills List Corporate Job Category Full Time,
