Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President , Engineering Lead ! We are expanding our R&D group with new offerings and looking for an experienced Engineering Leader. In this position, you will lead the development of an umbrella of products targeting Fortune 500 enterprise companies . This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile, and challenging environment Responsibilities Be responsible for the overall product development lifecycle Lead operations activities in the following disciplines: Full stack, DevOps, Automation, and Low-Code Development Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum environment Mentor and grow team engineers by creating and implementing best practices and establishing a suitable protocol that ensures code quality and productivity Understand business and functional requirements and ensure that the underlying implementation reflects the current and future needs for the product roadmap Report on the status of development, quality, and operations to the relevant stakeholders Work closely with the VP R&D and other stakeholders to create a roadmap that supports our evolving products and organize work effectively Qualifications we seek in you!
