Job Description

Timely cash collection of customer accounts, assessing credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action. Responsible to ensure that the companys accounts receivable are converted to Cash (collected). ensure that the companys DSO (DAYS SALES OUTSTANDING) is well within the internal benchmarks Preferred Qualification / Skills - Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream Minimum 3 + years of work experience in customer service Strong written and oral communication Order to cash / Collections experience preferable Customer facing work-experience to resolve queries (in any Business stream) is a must Strong Interpersonal skills, Comprehension and Communication skills Career Level - IC1,
