Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. As an SAP EHS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP Environment, Health, and Safety solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver effective EHS solutions that meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP EHS modules including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Product Safety. Provide expertise in integrating SAP EHS with other SAP modules and third-party applications as part of enterprise-wide implementations. Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into SAP EHS solutions. Customize SAP EHS functionalities to align with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices. Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP EHS solutions. Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity within SAP EHS modules. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation phases. Stay updated with SAP EHS trends, updates, and new functionalities to continuously enhance service delivery. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP EHS implementation and support projects. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP EHS modules such as Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Product Safety. Strong understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with integration of SAP EHS with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EHSM, SAP MM) and external systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP EHS Management) preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
