Job Description : An Online Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ecommerce companies by overseeing the operational management and optimization of product categories, product detail pages and sport landing pages. This position requires a deep understanding of online consumer journey behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience within assigned product categories. The Online Merchandiser collaborates with cross-functional teams, including X-commerce team, category managers, operations to achieve online journey behavioral metrics objectives and maximize sales performance. Responsibilities : Strategy Develop and execute a sport site merchandising calendar for website based on seasonality and turnover trend. Design and implementation of online customer journey experiences, suitable for the sports universe. Project and Performance Management Monitor and analyze website shopping journey and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. SEO Keyword Rankings Behavioral metrics piloting (PPV, ATC, CTR). Collaborate with the X-Commerce team to ensure product features are developed based on customer behavioral insights and provide a positive impact on business. Stakeholder Management / Collaborations Collaborate with Category Managers to plan and implement effective online customer journey experience. Work closely with Product Managers to optimize the site merchandising features and develop the roadmap of products to address customer/user needs. Work closely with the Country Customer Service Team to understand customer sentiments and address customer journey grievances.
