Job Description
Does this sound like you?- 8+ years of experience in QA and team management.
- Strong techno-functional experience
- Extensive experience in manual and automation testing
- Experience of AWS environment and CI-CD pipeline implementation.
- Working experience in an Agile development environment (preferably Scrum).
- Should have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Automation frameworks.
- A mature and professional individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.
- Effective leadership, coordination, and motivation skills are vital, with experience in implementing and shaping the company's QA processes and strategies.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting team members to ensure that standards are met.
- Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and industry-recognized Best Practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification, and Risk-Based Testing.
- Design, architect and implement highly efficient test strategies in a distributed environment
- Collaborate with product & tech to clearly understand requirements and form QA plans
- Partner with developers, ensure maximum test coverage, actively participate towards CI & CD
- Communicate testing design solutions and challenges to business & product teams in layman terms to ensure engagement and achieve agreement.
- Own the QA process, drive the QA strategy, remove dependencies blocking your deliverables and escalate as needed.
Required Candidate profile
