Job Description

Introduction The M365 Applications Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and security of ISDB's Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Power Apps, and Enterprise Applications. This role ensures the seamless operation, integration, and performance of these applications, working closely with various teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including custom-developed sites. Manage and optimize PowerBI dashboards across 153 workspaces. Ensure backend integration with Azure SQL, SQL Virtual Machine, SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres DB. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of 5 custom Power Apps. Ensure seamless integration with Azure SQL, SQL Virtual Machine, and SQL Server. Manage the authentication and integration of 1800+ enterprise applications using SAML/OAuth with external SaaS providers. Ensure security and compliance settings for all M365 applications. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support and enhance M365 applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all M365 applications. Technical Skills Proficient in managing M365 applications including SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Power Apps, and Enterprise Applications. Strong knowledge of Azure SQL, SQL Virtual Machine, SQL Server, Oracle, and Postgres DB. Experience with SAML/OAuth authentication protocols. Proficient in managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Qualifications Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in managing M365 applications and SharePoint. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
