Job Description

Job Description: Must Have: Exposure to AIML /Data Science is must 6 to 12 YoE as a Python Tech Lead Experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications including APIs / microservices using Python, SQL & NO SQL databases and hosted in AWS Deep technical expertise and hands-on knowledge of Python, Microservices, RESTful APIs and related technologies Experience of developing APIs/microservices on AWS Sound understanding of principles of Distributed Architecture using the principles/patterns of Microservices Experience with any Distributed Cache like Redis Sound understanding and hans-on experience with implementing common NFRs Understanding of common architectural concerns like Maintainability, Reliability, Performance, Scalability, Security Sound experience in Software Development best practices including (but not limited to) static code review, source control, CI/CD, branching strategies, build processes etc. Sql/NoSql database knowledge and experience. Ability to write complex SQL and No SQL queries Understanding of NFR Proven analytical skills Problem-solving attitude Excellent communication and documentation skills Big Positive: Experience with profiling and Troubleshooting performance bottleneck will be an added advantage In-depth understanding of development processes. Working Exp in Agile Methodology Exposure to JIRA Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and unit test complex applications in accordance with established standards Contribute to the technical solution from design through to code level Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Write well designed, testable, efficient code Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code Produce accurate delivery estimates and guide the team during sprint planning Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Support, guide and assist developers at code level. Lead and mentor developers: When developers are struggling with deciding the design pattern, help them to select, help them to understand coding standards, help with resolving technical roadblocks. Basically make sure that everything is working smoothly. Create technical specifications Manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery. Ensure adequate design documentation. Provide regular and effective progress updates and work closely with team/Project Manager to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues,
