Job Description

of Jr. Billing Engineer

Location: Kandivali site for the Reputed Residential Project.

Expected date of joining - Immediate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparation and certification of Indent, RA, final and all kind of Bills
Prepare detailed bill of quantities / Pre-tender estimates
Providing billing related information / documents to client and
Management/RM as and when required.
Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e., material Invoices & Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, etc.
To support PM in billing in & generating cost-related reports and
documentation.
Site Visits: Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.

Material Reconciliation: To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
Debit Note:To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.
Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders. Other Duties specified by Site In-charge or In-charge in Commend. To process it as per the protocol of the company
Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site. Coordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover of detailed information.
Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
Prepare detailed Comparative Statements. Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements.

Qualification/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree-B. tech -B. E/ Diploma in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture etc.
3 to 5 years of experience as Billing engineer in project management within construction
Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions. Strong leadership and management skills
