Job Description

    Join our dynamic sales team to drive growth and client acquisition for our cutting-edge ERP (vendor & logistic) & HRMS solutions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who can help expand our market share and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the ERP & HRMS domain. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster future sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate our product value. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Report to the Sales Manager on sales results and provide insights for pipeline forecasting and key performance indicators. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Proven sales or business development experience of at least 2 years, preferably in IT product sales or similar industry. Strong understanding of ERP & HRMS products and the HR technology landscape is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive engagement and influence others. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance and revenue targets. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRMS platforms is a plus.
