Job Description
- We are looking for a Python (AI/ML) Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to developing innovative AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to build machine learning models, optimize data pipelines, and implement advanced AI techniques. Key Responsibilities Data Preparation & Analysis Work with structured and unstructured datasets, performing data cleaning, transformation, and summarization for meaningful insights. Scripting & Automation Develop Python/PySpark scripts for data processing and automation, using AWS Glue, Lambda, and serverless architectures. Machine Learning & Model Development Design and implement ML models (regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, time series forecasting) using Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow. Data Engineering & Pipelines Build data pipelines to process and transform raw data for analytics and modeling. Big Data & Distributed Systems Work with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and distributed computing frameworks for large-scale data processing. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & AI Systems Develop RAG systems and large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI-driven outputs. Model Evaluation & Optimization Perform validation and benchmarking of AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Collaboration & Learning Work with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate ML models into real-world applications. Continuous Learning & Innovation Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and experiment with new techniques to enhance AI solutions. Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or data engineering. Proficiency in Python and data science libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn. Experience with PySpark scripting and familiarity with AWS services (Glue, Lambda). Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (regression, clustering, decision trees, forecasting, NLP). Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus. Experience with distributed computing & big data (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for AI and ML. Ability to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced AI-driven environment. Preferred Experience Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLMs. Experience with Spark MLlib, SciPy, StatsModels, or SAS.
